The opening of the Alice Beavis Taylor Center for Early Education marks a new chapter for local children and families. Created to help address the shortage of infant and toddler care, the center offers high-quality early learning close to where families work. Speakers also highlight how childcare supports working parents, downtown vitality, and the community’s future. The project received its largest single source of investment through New Markets Tax Credits.
