Kindergarten Ready
Deborah Harvin says kindergarten readiness is about more than ABCs. For her, it starts with giving children the tools to advocate for themselves and express their emotions in a safe way. When children have that foundation, they're ready and eager to learn. Without it, she warns, "none of the stuff is going to matter," and those children are the ones most likely to get lost.
Deborah also explains what sets Home Network apart: getting to know each child's personal situation and adapting to meet their needs. That focus on the individual child helps make sure no child falls through the cracks.
